Meet Helen Rice Grinder
I was born in Conway, AR, Faulkner County on March 31, 1954. I was raised on a farm with my parents, John and Freeda Rice, my older brother, Johnny M Rice, and my younger sister, Jeannie Rice, and have continued close association with my family throughout my entire life.
I attended public school in the Faulkner County School District through high school and graduated in 1972.
I married Jerry Lee Grinder in 1976, who raised, trained, and sold paint horses. After his passing in 2019, I carried on his paint horse business in his honor.
I attended the University of Central Arkansas and graduated in 1978 and then attended School of Law in Little Rock, AR, and graduated in 1981. I set up private practice immediately and was the first female attorney to do so in the Twentieth Judicial District. I continue to enjoy the practice of law, primarily domestic relations.
